Simulation uploading
My three cousins are visiting from Taiwan so I treated them out to Amici's yesterday and got to witness each of them devour two extra-large slices of pizza and three pieces of lasagna EACH. My stomach hurt just watching them.

My Chinese is abysmal. I'm still getting used to the confused looks on their faces after each of my attempts to initiate a conversation. Things aren't looking so good when I can't communicate the one-syllable word for "meat".

Soo..guess it's time for boring general overview of what I've been up to.
1. Work: Still at Logic Devices in Sunnyvale. Still commuting at 6 am in the morning. Still don't know what the hell I'm doing. But that's okay - tapeout is on the horizon. Given up on efforts to not end up the butt of jokes. Accepted that it's the official lot in my life no matter where I go. Eh, keeps me grounded I guess.

2. Social Life: Consisting mainly of video games with Nick. Between the two of us, we have a PS3, Wii, Guitar Hero, Gamecube, and PS2 to keep us amused. Then there's the weekly drink and sit session with Alex, Kyle, and/or Ashley. Oh, and lots and lots of facebook and gmail with various non-Livermore folk.

3. Family: Mom bought a condo in Taiwan. Dad's still working, contemplating retirement soon. Amy's moved out with her newish boyfriend who reminds me of Rob.

4. Extra: Started working out. Not getting married. Not having kids. STill living at home with family. Tired most of the time.
